• Little Spuds can provide an in-home medical evaluation and treatment plan for common acute illnesses, minor lacerations or wounds all within the comfort of home. Illnesses include, but are not limited to:

    Fever, cough, sore throat, ear pain, runny nose, rash, pink eye, and UTI

    Little Spuds is not a replacement for emergency care or pediatric primary care and is not able to provide these services in the home.

    Additionally, Little Spuds is unable to perform medical evaluations for musculoskeletal injuries in the home.

  • In-home pediatric urgent care medical evaluations are perfomed by our lead pediatric provider, Afton Potter. Afton is a nationally board certified pediatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in pediatric healthcare. She holds an active Nurse Practitioner license with the state of Washington. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Oregon Health and Science University. She is an active member of the Society of Pediatric Urgent Care and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Afton has the expertise to safely treat your child's healthcare concern within the comfort of your home. You can be assured that a visit from Little Spuds means your child is in good hands.

  • Yes! Little Spuds is able to dispense commonly prescribed medications at the time of the visit for several different common childhood infections/conditions. If you prefer to use your preferred pharmacy, we also offer electronic prescribing.

  • A single visit is $220

    Point of care testing to check for strep throat, mono, UTI, covid or flu A/B is an additional $25

    Medications prices vary based on type. Little Spuds aims to keep the cost as low as possible.

  • Little Spuds offers an alternative to emergency care or in-office urgent care and accepts payment by cash or credit card at the time services are rendered. We do not bill insurance to prevent unexpected charges for services that are not covered.

  • Tebra or Kareo, is the electronic health record used by Little Spuds to document patient information and to send text messages or emails regarding your child's health. Spruce is a healthcare communication platform used to send & receive secure messages from Little Spuds. Both Tebra and Spruce can be used for HIPAA compliant home and telehealth visits.
