In-Home Medical Evaluations
$220
Skip the waiting room and let us come to you. Our experienced pediatric provider offers thorough medical evaluations and treatments for:
Medication dispensing: We offer in-home dispensing for many commonly prescribed medications at an affordable price. Electronic prescribing to your preferred pharmacy is also available.
Rapid point of care testing: Point of care testing for common illnesses such as strep, flu, covid, mono, and UTI’s available for an additional $25.
Fever, cough, sore throat, ear pain, rash, runny nose, pink eye, UTI, vomiting and diarrhea: quick diagnosis and treatment to get your child feeling better fast.
Minor wound and laceration repair: professional treatment for minor injuries in the comfort of your own home at an additional charge depending on wound care needs.
Asthma flares, pneumonia, and bronchiolitis (some exclusions apply): effective medical evaluation and care for common acute respiratory issues.
Re-evaluations $150
Sometimes your child doesn’t improve the way we would expect and symptoms worsen, requiring a medical re-evaluation of the same acute condition within the first 7 days of diagnosis. We offer in-home medical re-evaluations when this occurs to provide peace of mind and additional treatment if needed.
Telehealth Services
$125
Unsure if your child’s symptoms require an in-home visit? Our telehealth consultations provide a convenient way to get professional advice from the safety and convenience of your living room. We’ll help you determine if an in-person evaluation is necessary or if your child can be managed with home care.
If an in-home visit is recommended, the cost of the telehealth consultation can be applied towards the visit.
